- What should I send to get a quote?

You can start from a single 1L flask (from AED 40) or a 10-cup karak tray (from AED 250) — no long contract to begin. We deliver same-day to nearby Dubai offices when you order ahead in the morning; for larger or further orders we confirm the delivery window as soon as you enquire.
How much notice do you need for an event barista bar or live karak station?
From 5 working days’ notice for private and corporate events; 2–3 months for major exhibitions (badges, power orders and venue approvals take time). A 50% deposit confirms your date. Ramadan and the October–March season fill fast. Trays and flasks: same-day to nearby Dubai offices when ordered in the morning. Last-minute? Is your food halal, and can you handle allergies and dietary needs?
Yes — everything we serve is halal. Tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire and we'll flag ingredients and offer suitable options. Food-safety documentation is available on request.
What happens if an order is late or wrong for an important meeting?
You get a direct contact for live orders, so at 8:45 you're talking to a person, not a queue. If an order is late or not right, we make it right quickly — re-deliver or credit it. And because we run 9 Dubai locations, if the nearest kitchen is slammed the next one covers you, a backup plan most single-kitchen caterers don't have.
