Packages & pricing — day rates on the page
We publish our day rates. Every package includes delivery, setup and teardown within Dubai, all consumables, and trained ROAST baristas — our own staff, not hired hands with a rented machine. Exhibition days scoped honestly: show days at the majors run long, so the published extra-hour and extra-barista rates below are how a real 10-hour stand day gets crewed — no surprises hidden in a quote.
- ✦Espresso Bar — half-day (up to 4h, guide ~100 guests (pax)): from AED 3,000 — branded ROAST cart, 1 barista, full espresso menu, all milks and consumables
- ✦Signature Bar — full-day (up to 8h, guide ~200 guests (pax)): from AED 4,500 — 2 baristas, twin-grinder setup, custom-branded cups or latte-art stencil
- ✦Coffee + Karak Experience — full-day: from AED 5,900 — everything in Signature Bar plus a live CCC karak & gahwa station with a dedicated server and Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos; quantities confirmed on your quote)
- ✦Add-ons, all published: extra hour from AED 400 · extra (relief) barista from AED 600 — how long show days and high-footfall stands get covered · standalone karak & gahwa station from AED 900 · custom branding (cups, sleeves, signage) from AED 750
- ✦High-footfall stand? Tell us your expected daily visitors and we'll crew it honestly — adding baristas scales capacity, and we'd rather tell you that now than embarrass you at 11am on day one
- ✦All prices exclude 5% VAT. Full tax invoice with TRN. POs accepted. Any venue or organiser fees are itemised separately in your quote — we never bury them.

What a multi-day show actually costs
Trade shows run three, four, five days — so here's the math, on the page, from the published rates above. A typical 3-day show with the full-day Signature Bar: 3 × AED 4,500 = AED 13,500 ex VAT. Show days running 10 hours instead of 8? Add 2 extra hours per day at AED 400 each. Want a third barista as relief cover so the bar never stands idle? AED 600 per day. Karak & gahwa station for VIP hospitality? From AED 900 per day, or take the AED 5,900 tier, which also includes Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos). That's a budget ceiling you can put in your spreadsheet today. Your itemised per-show quote lands within one working day (Monday to Friday) — with fresh stock daily from our Dubai Science Park production kitchen and the same barista team all show, so day four tastes like day one and your crew knows your pitch by the second morning. Run your own show numbers →
- ✦Worked example — 3-day show, 10-hour days, 3 baristas + karak station: (3 × 4,500) + (3 × 2 × 400) + (3 × 600) + (3 × 900) = AED 20,400 ex VAT, all from published rates
- ✦Simpler 3-day, 8-hour show with the Signature Bar: 3 × 4,500 = AED 13,500 ex VAT — your ceiling before add-ons
- ✦One itemised per-show quote within one working day (Monday to Friday) — venue or organiser fees, if any, shown as their own line
- ✦Daily restock through the hall's delivery windows from our own production kitchen
- ✦Book exhibitions 2–3 months ahead — badges, power orders and venue approvals can't happen in 5 days (our 5-working-day minimum is for simple private events, not trade shows)
- ✦50% deposit confirms your dates — taken only after your service route is confirmed (see how it works below). POs accepted.
Venue logistics, answered straight
If you've exhibited in Dubai before, you know the real questions: can an outside supplier even operate in this venue, what do I pre-order, and will the cart fit the stand plan? Straight answers. Venues like DWTC and Expo City have their own catering rules, and outside F&B on a stand generally needs organiser or venue approval through your show's exhibitor manual — we will never tell you to sneak a cart past that. What we do: tell us your show and venue, and we work the approval route with you through your organiser's process. If in-hall service isn't approvable for your show, we say so honestly and propose the off-venue alternative below — before you've spent a dirham. And instead of drip-feeding specs by email: every quote comes with a full technical pack — power requirement (including 24-hour supply for overnight refrigeration, which is a separate line on venue order forms), cart footprint and clearance, back-of-stand storage needs, water arrangement, waste handling, and setup/teardown timings — in writing, before you pay anything, ready to forward to your stand contractor and to put on your venue's order forms before the deadlines.
- ✦Venue approval — we complete the paperwork with you through your organiser's process, honestly and by the book; if the venue route won't work, we tell you straight and propose the compliant plan B
- ✦The technical pack — power, footprint, storage, water, waste, timings — sent with every quote, before any payment, so it arrives ahead of your contractor's design freeze and your venue power-order deadline
- ✦Venue and organiser fees (waivers, corkage) — itemised separately in your quote; who pays what is on paper before you commit
- ✦Passes & badges — our team completes the contractor and personnel badge forms your show requires, per the exhibitor manual
- ✦Build-up and teardown — we arrive within your build-up window and commit to last-day teardown within the hall's marshalling rules, timings confirmed in writing for your run-sheet
Reliability on the stand — ask every operator this question
Your brand is on the stand, so ask any cart operator the question that matters: what happens if the machine goes down at 11am on day two? Our honest answer: we're a 9-cafe group with a production kitchen, not a one-van operation — trained baristas and working equipment are minutes away across Dubai, not in a warehouse. Every exhibition quote states our equipment-contingency commitment in writing — what backup we bring, how fast we respond, and what happens commercially if service stops — so it's a contractual answer, not a verbal reassurance. Same for staffing: a long show day needs breaks covered, so the relief-barista add-on (AED 600) is built into how we crew multi-day shows, and you get a named contact on WhatsApp for anything live during your show.
- ✦Equipment contingency stated in writing in every exhibition quote — backup, response and remedy, on paper
- ✦9 points of sale + a production kitchen across Dubai — staff and equipment depth a single-cart operator cannot match
- ✦Relief coverage for long show days so the bar never stands idle during breaks
- ✦Daily fresh restock through hall delivery windows — day four tastes like day one
- ✦A named contact on WhatsApp during your show — for live ops, don't wait on email
Espresso AND karak & gahwa — one licensed operator, one invoice
Dubai's big shows host the whole world on one floor: a Khaleeji VIP delegation at 10am, European buyers at noon, a Southeast Asian distributor at four. Espresso-only carts serve half your visitors. We pour specialty espresso AND authentic karak and gahwa — with dates, served the way a Gulf host would — from one licensed halal operator on one VAT invoice. Specialty coffee since 2018, authentic karak and gahwa since 2013. When the delegation that matters reaches your stand, serve them properly.

- ✦Specialty espresso menu — flat whites, lattes, matcha — for the international crowd
- ✦Authentic karak & saffron chai — the drink Dubai actually runs on
- ✦Gahwa with dates for majlis-style VIP hospitality on your stand
- ✦Everything halal, everything from our own licensed kitchens — no subcontracted mystery supplier
First time exhibiting? Why the smartest stands serve coffee
If you run stands for a living, skip ahead — you already play this playbook. If it's your first big show: you're not buying coffee, you're buying dwell time. A visitor who orders a drink stands at your stand for the two to three minutes it takes to make it — a captive, unhurried conversation your sales team never gets from someone walking the aisle. The play is simple: offer the drink, scan the badge or QR while it's being made, hand it over with a follow-up promise. And when the cup carries your logo, it keeps selling for you through every hall all day.
- ✦Dwell time — a made-to-order drink holds a visitor for 2–3 minutes of real conversation
- ✦Lead capture — 'scan your badge while we pour' is the most natural qualification moment on the show floor; your team scans, we pour — works with whatever badge-scan or CRM setup you already run
- ✦Walking media — branded cups and sleeves (from AED 750) carry your stand number through every hall; custom-printed cups need print lead time, so book branding early and we'll confirm the artwork deadline in your quote
- ✦Magnet effect — the smell of fresh espresso and karak pulls traffic other stands have to chase
- ✦VIP hospitality — gahwa and dates for senior Gulf delegations, espresso for everyone else — one station, every guest covered

Not on the show floor? Serve show week anyway
Some venues, some shows, some stands — in-hall service just isn't approvable. That doesn't mean you lose the coffee play. During GITEX, Gulfood, WHX and ADIPEC weeks, some of the smartest hospitality happens off the floor: a barista bar in your own Dubai office or showroom for visiting clients, a private majlis gathering, an evening reception at a venue you control, a war-room upgrade for your own team. Those are the clean, no-approval-forms cases — same ROAST quality, priced from the same AED 3,000 / 4,500 / 5,900 packages. Hotel hospitality suites can work too — hotels have their own F&B rules, and we work with them, not around them; tell us the property and we'll give you a straight answer.
- ✦Your own office or showroom, upgraded for the week your industry is in town
- ✦Private majlis gatherings and client dinners at venues you control
- ✦Evening receptions and after-show gatherings
- ✦Agency and team war-rooms running long show days
- ✦Hotel client suites — possible at many properties; we confirm the hotel's F&B rules with you first, honestly
How it works for exhibitors
Five steps from enquiry to a queue at your stand — with the paperwork in the right order, so you never pay before the route is confirmed.
- ✦1. Enquire with your show name, venue, stand number/size and dates — WhatsApp or the form below. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with your itemised per-show quote AND the full technical pack for your stand contractor
- ✦2. We confirm the service route with your organiser — in-hall via the approval process in your exhibitor manual, or off-venue — and tell you honestly if a route won't work, before you've spent anything
- ✦3. Only once the route is confirmed: a 50% deposit locks your dates (PO accepted). If your venue or organiser declines approval after that, your deposit is refunded in full
- ✦4. We complete badge, pass and approval paperwork with you, and lock power/water/storage specs with your contractor off the technical pack
- ✦5. We arrive in your build-up window, set up, and pour every open day of the show — you work the leads, we work the machine; last-day teardown within the hall's marshalling window
Why ROAST × Cha Cha Chai — a supplier your procurement team can actually verify
Most coffee-cart hire in Dubai is an anonymous cart, a rented machine and a 'contact us for pricing' form. We're a real, recognised Dubai café group you can audit today: 9 locations plus a Dubai Science Park production kitchen, specialty coffee since 2018, authentic karak and gahwa since 2013, and 4.5–4.9★ on Google across our Dubai cafés (October 2026), with hundreds of public Google reviews per café. Licensed UAE F&B (ROAST LLC + CCC LLC, part of Missan Group), everything halal, full VAT tax invoice with TRN, POs accepted — and a procurement pack (trade licences, VAT registration, compliance documentation) available for your file on request. Want to taste the product first? Walk into any of our Dubai cafés, today.
- ✦9 Dubai points of sale + production kitchen = staff depth, equipment backup and daily restock a one-van operator can't offer

- ✦Licensed UAE F&B operator · halal · VAT invoice with TRN · POs accepted · procurement pack on request

Exhibitor questions, answered
How much does a coffee cart for an exhibition stand cost in Dubai?
Our published day rates: from AED 3,000 for a half-day espresso bar with barista, from AED 4,500 full-day with two baristas, and from AED 5,900 full-day including a live karak & gahwa station and Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos) — all excluding 5% VAT, with delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai included. For multi-day shows, do the math from the published card: a 3-day full-day show is 3 × AED 4,500 = AED 13,500 ex VAT before add-ons like extra hours (AED 400), relief baristas (AED 600/day) or a karak station (from AED 900/day). Your itemised per-show quote — with any venue fees shown separately — lands within one working day (Monday to Friday).
Do you have a coffee truck or coffee kiosk for events?
Our mobile format is a branded coffee cart with ROAST baristas — what many planners call a coffee truck, coffee kiosk or mobile barista bar. It sets up indoors or outdoors — hotel ballrooms, lobbies, DWTC / Expo City stands and outdoor venues — where a truck cannot park. Tell us your pax, date and venue and we quote within one working day (Monday to Friday).
Can you set up a coffee kiosk with a server for 100–150 pax?
Yes. The half-day Espresso Bar (from AED 3,000) serves about 100 guests; the full-day Signature Bar with two baristas (from AED 4,500) serves about 200; add a live karak & gahwa station with its own server from AED 900/day, or take the Coffee + Karak Experience from AED 5,900, which also includes Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos). All ex 5% VAT.
Can you operate inside DWTC, Expo City or venues with appointed caterers?
Honest answer: venues like DWTC hold exclusive catering rights, and outside F&B on a stand generally needs organiser or venue approval through your show's exhibitor manual. We will never suggest working around that. What we do is complete the approval route with you — and we only take your deposit once the route is confirmed. If in-hall service isn't approvable for your show, we tell you straight, before you've spent anything, and propose a compliant alternative: an off-venue activation at your office, showroom or reception during show week.
How much power and space does the cart need?
Every quote comes with a full technical pack — exact power requirement (including whether you need 24-hour supply for overnight refrigeration, which is a separate line on venue order forms), cart footprint and clearance, back-of-stand storage needs, water arrangement, waste handling and setup timings — in writing, before you pay anything. It arrives with your quote precisely so you can hit your stand contractor's design freeze and your venue's power-order deadline. Tell us your stand size when you enquire and we'll confirm fit before you commit.
What happens if a machine fails mid-show?
The question every experienced exhibitor asks first — and the reason a 9-cafe group beats a one-van operator. We have trained baristas and working equipment across Dubai, minutes from every major venue, plus a production kitchen behind them. Your exhibition quote states our equipment-contingency commitment in writing: what backup we bring, how fast we respond, and what happens commercially if service stops. You also get a named contact on WhatsApp for anything live during your show.
Can you serve all 3–5 days of a trade show?
Yes — multi-day shows are our exhibition standard. You get one itemised per-show quote for the full run, the same barista team every day, relief coverage so the bar never stands idle, and daily fresh stock from our own Dubai Science Park production kitchen, so day four tastes like day one.
What's your deposit and cancellation position?
A 50% deposit confirms your dates, and we take it only after your service route is confirmed — never before. If your venue or organiser declines approval after that, your deposit is refunded in full. POs are accepted, every booking gets a full VAT tax invoice with TRN, and any venue or organiser fees are itemised separately in your quote so nothing lands on you as a surprise.
Do you set up during the build-up day?
Yes — we arrive within the build-up or early-access window your show allows and confirm setup timings in writing for your run-sheet, so the cart is polished and pouring before the doors open on day one. Last-day teardown is committed within the hall's marshalling window — same night, per venue rules.
How do you staff a 10-hour show day?
Honestly — with more people, not heroics. The full-day package runs two baristas; long show days add published extra hours (AED 400 each) and a relief barista (AED 600/day) so breaks are covered and the bar never stands idle. Tell us your show's open hours and expected footfall and we'll crew it properly in the quote. Our team can also work in your stand's branding — tell us what you have in mind when you enquire.
Can the cart, cups and menu carry our branding?
Yes — custom branding starts from AED 750: branded cups and sleeves, on-brand signage, and drink naming to match your campaign. On a show floor, a branded cup in a visitor's hand is a walking advert through every hall. One planning note: custom-printed cups need print lead time, so book branding early — we confirm the exact artwork deadline in your quote.
How do we capture leads at the cart?
The flow that works: your visitor orders, your team scans their badge or QR code during the two to three minutes the drink takes to make, and the conversation happens naturally while they wait. We pour, you qualify. No tech integration needed on our side — it works with whatever badge-scan or CRM setup your stand already runs.
Are you licensed and halal, and do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes to all three. ROAST LLC and CCC LLC are licensed UAE F&B companies (part of Missan Group), everything we serve is halal, and every booking gets a full VAT tax invoice with TRN. We accept purchase orders, and a procurement pack — trade licences, VAT registration, compliance documentation — is available for your file on request.
How far in advance should we book for GITEX or Gulfood-scale shows?
Book stand hospitality when you book your stand build — 2–3 months ahead for the majors. Badges, power orders and venue approvals simply can't happen in five days, so treat our 5-working-day minimum as a simple-events number, not a trade-show number. The season (October–December, then January–March) fills fast, show dates are exclusive bookings, and branded cups add print lead time on top. A 50% deposit locks your dates once your route is confirmed.
Exhibiting outside Dubai?
Exhibitors at shows in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah can enquire too. Venue approvals, access badges and power orders decide what is possible and take time, so ask us early. We never promise a stand position the organiser has not approved. Events in Abu Dhabi & Sharjah →
