As a guide, that works out to about AED 30 per guest for a half day at 100 guests and about AED 22.50 per guest for a full day at 200 guests — the package price is the minimum whatever the headcount.

That headline moves for four reasons only: how long the bar runs, how many baristas it needs, whether you add a live karak & gahwa station, and whether you want your own branding on the cups and the cart. Everything else — the cart itself, the baristas, the unlimited espresso menu with all milks and consumables, delivery, setup and teardown within Dubai — is inside the number.
