Cha Cha Chai has been a Dubai chai institution since 2013 — strong, sweet, milky karak, the cup this city runs on. ROAST Specialty Coffee followed in 2018 with a different obsession: single-origin beans, honest brunch and coffee made properly.

ROAST Specialty Coffee has cafés across Dubai including Dubai Marina, Sheikh Zayed Road (Blue Tower), Deira (Business Village), Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Science Park, plus kiosks — nine points of sale in total across the ROAST and Cha Cha Chai brands.
Hours vary by location. Deira (Business Village) and Dubai Silicon Oasis are open 24 hours. Sheikh Zayed Road (Blue Tower) is open daily, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Dubai Science Park is open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; it is closed on Sunday. Dubai Marina is open daily, 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Delivery is available on all major platforms.
